Appare-Ranman! Episode 11 "Rain in the Dark Night" synopsis and preceding cut is released. The anime started airing from April 2020 but postponed due to pandemic. Now it started premiering from 24th July.

Although he was brought to the hospital, Kosame, who had fallen over Appare and fell into a bad spot, was in a difficult situation.
Racers who are tattered by trampling the thoughts that are important to each other. Al thinks of Sophia, who has become a hostage, and asks Appare to "Help me!" to go and help as soon as possible.
Is the dream of Appare aiming for the race that he should run to the top really end up here?
Episode 10 Recap
The cars take off and so does the train, in a race to be the first to cross Missouri's railroad bridge. On the train, Riesman meets his backer who expected him to stop the race, but he throws the railroad magnate out of the window. He then announces to the passengers that he is Gil T. Cigar and blows up the rear carriages of the train. His bandits take control of the train as it reaches the bridge and then he runs towards the racers stopped nearby, shouting for help. Dylan and TJ realize something is wrong and identify him as Gil the Butcher. TJ challenges Gil, but he is too fast and he knocks out TJ. Dylan stops Gil from shooting TJ, and when one of Gil's men intervenes, Gil kills him. Gil reminds Dylan and the racers that he has taken the train passengers hostage, including Sofia, and demands 1.51 million dollars ransom from B.I.G. Boss. After ridiculing Dylan for letting his beloved Claudia die, he and his group shoot bullet holes into the competitors' vehicles, disabling them. When Appare shouts for him to stop Gil shoots at him, but Kosame takes the bullet instead. Gil leaves with the train and Sofia as Kosame passes out from loss of blood.

Appare-Ranman! (天晴爛漫!) is an original Japanese anime television series produced by P.A.Works, and directed by Masakazu Hashimoto. The series premiered on April 10, 2020. A manga adaptation by Ahndongshik was announced on March 4, 2020.
The Story is about Appare Sorrano, a socially-awkward inventor living in a
small rural town in Japan in the late 19th century. Fascinated since childhood
by the creation of steamships that can connect people across great distances,
he's learned to make machines of all kinds from various scientific texts. His
goal is to sail across the sea, beyond the sky, and ultimately, to the other
side of the moon.
Unfortunately, through a string of events, Appare
finds himself stranded in the middle of the sea on his mini steamship.
Floating alongside him is a skilled but cowardly samurai, Kosame Ishikki, who
was tasked to keep his eccentric behavior in check. Just when all hope seems
lost, a large steamship saves them and takes them to Los Angeles. With no
money or plans, they decide to participate in the "Trans-America Wild Race,"
which gives Appare the chance to build his own automobile, and Kosame the
opportunity to use the cash prize to return home. However, against rival
racers and unknown challenges residing in the wilderness, just how far will
this adventure take Appare and Kosame?
