**"Senpai is an Otokonoko" TV Anime Unveils Main PV, Premiere Date, and Additional Cast**

The anticipated TV anime adaptation of "Senpai is an Otokonoko" has released its main promotional video (PV), confirming a July 4 premiere date. The anime will be produced by studio project No.9.

The newly announced additional cast members include:

* Mai Nakahara as Mika Hanaoka, Makoto's mother * Kaori Maeda as Konatsu Taiga, Ryuji's younger sister

The PV showcases vibrant animation and character designs, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming slice-of-life comedy.

The anime follows the story of Hanaoka, Makoto, a high school boy who is secretly a cross-dressing girl. When his senpai, Taiga, Ryuuji, discovers his secret, they begin a heartwarming and comical relationship.
