**Giulio Gandini** (CV: Mamoru Miyano) A flamboyant Italian hero known for his charming personality and unrivaled charisma. His Quirk allows him to manipulate the shadows into various forms.
**Anna Scervino** (CV: Meru Nukumi) Giulio's trusted companion and a talented support heroine. Her Quirk grants her the ability to create and levitate objects made of light.
The film is scheduled to release in Japanese theaters on August 2, 2023. It is produced by BONES, the renowned animation studio behind the original anime television series.
