VLAD LOVE is an upcoming 12-episode Japanese anime television series created by Mamoru Oshii. It is animated by Drive and produced by Ichigo Animation. The series is directed by Mamoru Oshii and Junji Nishimura. It was originally scheduled to premiere in October 2020, but it was delayed due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The series is a slapstick comedy centred on a vampire girl and a high school girl.
A special edition of VLAD LOVE episode 1 "Vampire Girl, Bloody Excited" is available for free on YouTube with English subtitles. VLAD LOVE will start streaming on valentine day i.e. February 14th 2021.
Synopsis -
Mitsugu Banba is a high school girl who finds meaning in donating blood. She frequently visits a blood bank to donate blood, despite being harshly treated by the nurse. One day, she encounters a beautiful girl who looks like she's from overseas at the blood bank. The pale girl looks like she's about to faint any minute, but then, she starts destroying the blood bank. The girl loses consciousness and Mitsugu takes her home...
